Every project begins with one bound set of four drawings and a twelve-month care calendar, drawn at a scale a contractor can set out on site without guessing.
Scope is confirmed in writing after the site assessment on your plot in Kyiv city or Kyiv Oblast. Travel to Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Poltava is quoted separately.
Sheet 03 / Service modules
Each stage produces a named sheet you keep. Starting prices are in UAH and cover design time only, with the final scope confirmed in writing after the site assessment in Kyiv or Kyiv Oblast.
Measured survey of the plot, soil and drainage notes, sun and wind readings, plus an inventory of existing trees and beds. Output: annotated base sheet at 1:100.
Zoning, garden layout drawings, level changes, drainage falls and retaining edges resolved on paper before anything is planted or paved.
Species list matched to soil, light and water, with spacing, mature sizes and a planting sequence a nursery can fill without guesswork.
Path set-out, surface specification, steps, edges and joints, with coordinate notes your contractor can build from on site.
Pruning, feeding, lawn and path tasks mapped month by month, with seasonal maintenance recommendations written for your plot and handed over at the end.
Materials, plant stock and installation are quoted separately once the assessment is done. Compare all starting prices.
Sheet 04
Each module is quoted from a base figure in UAH. Final scope is confirmed in writing after the site assessment, so the figures below are a floor, not a fixed offer.

Planting establishment, growth and cost savings depend on site conditions, soil, drainage, weather, plant stock quality and ongoing care. Figures exclude plant stock, hard materials and delivery unless listed.

We measure the plot and record soil, drainage, slope, light and existing trees. The assessment fee is 2,400 UAH and is credited against the plan fee if you proceed.
Zones, paths, levels and drainage falls set at buildable scale, so a contractor can price directly from the drawing.
A planting plan with a species list matched to your soil, light and rainfall, with composted mulch to 5 cm specified on the sheet.
Surface materials, edging, step heights and falls, drawn to scale with quantities so no one guesses on site.
Pruning, planting, lawn and path tasks by month, reviewed with you in a short walkthrough, with seasonal maintenance recommendations for the first year.
