2. Services, quotes and consumer information

We provide landscape design, garden planning and consultation. Scope and timing are agreed in writing. Quotes are valid 30 days; contracts form on written acceptance or deposit. Specific growth, survival or maintenance outcomes are not guaranteed unless a signed contract states otherwise. Before ordering, we give clear information on the service, price, terms and complaint procedure under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" (10 June 2023). Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes; as a single tax payer, fyroxel.com does not charge VAT unless stated. Advertising is truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" (3 July 1996); eco or organic wording is not a guarantee.

3. Complaints and redress

Send complaints to contact@fyroxel.com or +380 500 164 4386; we aim to reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or a court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" (10 June 2023).
